Her Café had the highest average daily sales, internationally, for 3 years. She trained and assisted other stores and was on the National Marketing Executive for Jamaica Blue for 3 years. The Café’s turnover was in excess of $1 million and employed 20 people when she sold it successfully in March 2006. She then consulted to businesses in this region as a Senior State Development Officer with State Development.

Ann’s strengths lie in sales growth, systems development, benchmarking, people management and strategic planning. She also invests in property and the share market. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Education; she is an Accredited Mediator and has a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
