Cronk’s Design has just completed a 3 month Business Growth Planning program where we were mentored by Ann Houston. We really valued her knowledge, experience and vibrant personality. She is very trustworthy and motivated.

We now have a workable plan to achieve what we want from the business. She was able to encourage everyone’s enthusiasm in the business. We have grown very fond of Ann and feel that she is a very important part of our business.

During early 2007, as a partner in PMA Financial Services, I enrolled in a business planning course run and facilitated by Ann Houston. The program was designed to assist businesses planning for and dealing with accelerated growth. The program was structured to allow businesses to establish growth targets and then identify the actions required to implement the strategies and resources required to achieve these goals.

During the program Ann assisted us with service over and above the terms of our agreement and helped us to set a clear path for the achievement of our future goals.
